As SSAIB registered installers we deliver every system in accordance with the applicable British Standards, and every one can be covered by a maintenance contract afterwards.
Every system is designed around the premises, installed by our own engineers and certified at handover. Most customers keep us on afterwards under a maintenance contract.

Is your building compliant with Scottish fire safety law?
Under the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 every non-domestic premises needs a responsible person, a current fire risk assessment, and fire alarms, emergency lighting and fire doors that are installed, tested and maintained to the relevant British Standards. Since February 2022 every Scottish home must also meet the Tolerable Standard for interlinked smoke, heat and carbon monoxide alarms.
